Fabric Sourcing and Pre-Order Process

- Custom Fabric Sourcing:  If customers have specific fabric designs in mind but don’t know where to find them, we are here to help source the desired fabrics. A minimum order quantity is required, and customers can contact us for more details.  

- Pre-Order System: Pre-order refers to items that are not currently in stock. This system allows customers to place advance orders for the fabrics they need. A 50

Steps for Pre-ordering Products with Bulliontex

Find the fabric the customer needs

- The customer provides sample photos or physical samples of the desired design.
- Bulliontex will source the product matching the customer’s requirements or suggest a similar option (process takes about 2-3 days).

Present fabric options

- Fabric options, including colors, patterns, and specifications, will be sent to the customer for selection.
- Pricing and minimum order quantities will also be provided.

Confirm the order

Wait for the product delivery

- The waiting period is approximately 15-20 days if the product is in stock overseas, depending on shipping conditions.

Inspect and deliver the product

Deliver the product to the customer

- Products will be delivered to the customer as requested.
