Steps in the production process with us

Customers send samples or product structure designs they want.
Our company evaluates the sample to assess feasibility for production. and notifies the customer of the evaluation results, whether production is feasible or not.
Our company provides information on production quantity, price, and timeline, including material calculation, weaving, and dyeing.
Customers are required to make a 50% deposit before production begins.
Our company manufactures the product according to the sample or order.
Quality check is conducted and products are prepared for delivery.

Using the sublimation printing process and high-quality fabrics from Bulliontex, we create products with vibrant colors, sharp details, and longer-lasting durability compared to other printing methods. This makes it ideal for design projects and professional branding.

Steps for Sublimation Printing

1. Selecting the Fabric

- We recommend using 100% polyester fabrics from Bulliontex for sublimation printing.
- This fabric type delivers more vibrant colors, sharper details, and greater durability compared to other materials.

2. Submitting the Design

- The file must be in a high-resolution raster format.
- Only Adobe Illustrator files with high resolution will be accepted.
- Once the file is prepared, send it to Bulliontex for review and recommendations.

Payment and Production

- Upon agreement, the printing process will commence.
- Products will be delivered within 10–15 days.
